Quality Mechanical has been assisting the College with many renovations and upgrades throughout the facility, allowing the school to operate in a more cost effective manner.

General Contractor – Ledcor Construction 
Completed in 2004, Hastings Manor is 253 bed, 185,000 square foot long-term facility. This state of the art facility consists of a full Penthouse Mechanical Room.

General Contractor – PCL
A six story 171,146 square foot LEED Silver Certified building. This building has a mechanical penthouse level, with eleven courtrooms, for both municipal and provincial services, along with above and underground parking. This project is set to be completed in 2013.

General Contractor – Gillin Engineering
Overlooking Kingston, Ontario’s beautiful harbour front, the Marriott is 10 stories fully equipped with its own restaurant and fitness facility. The building is equipped with a full mechanical and plumbing system, and a penthouse Mechanical Room. This project was completed in July 2010.

General Contractor – Bird Construction Company LTD.
A state of the art 188,000 square foot Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and transportation garage, completed in 2012. This allowed the Military Operational effectiveness to increase substantially by taking what was operating in 5 buildings into one large facility.

The 125,000 square foot, two hanger bay facility will include office space and shop support areas as well as, this hanger will hold two CC-130J aircrafts. This project is set to be completed April 2013.
